Please note, this does NOT mean you are confirmed; I will let you know in advance if you can join us. People who join us for the entire weekend and/or do set-up/break-down or who we know are effectively multi-deployable at the booth as well; will get priority bracelets.
Of course we will continue to work with shifts, you will still get a bracelet, food, drinks and possibility of discount on your accommodation if provided.
We have more and more scholarships and we would like to give everyone a chance to join us but it has to remain fair to everyone, so if you join us, we really expect you to join us for at least one shift a day.
*For accommodations, we make a selection of volunteers and they also get a discount on their stay. We then pay part of your accommodation, so a weekend fair remains affordable for you as well and of course we provide everything that weekend! Accommodations also cost us a lot of money, so we will only take you if we know that you will actually do some of the work. If you only want to come for the fair, let us know in advance; then you pay the full accommodation yourself and if we have a bracelet left over you can use one of ours.
